About Me
Melinda Gray, MA, DHIP. I am a UKCP registered psychotherapist, with over 8 years of experience seeing clients. I am also a qualified yoga teacher, with many years experience of working with, supporting and supervising individuals in charities and business.
I have worked for several years managing a counselling helpline for women who self-harm as a way of coping with their feelings.
I have volunteered within the NHS, teaching yoga to people with recurring and enduring mental illness.
I have also volunteered with Adoption UK, running local parenting support groups

Qualifications include:
I am a UKCP registered psychotherapist, MA, Diploma in Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy. I work under UKCP and BCPC ethics and code of conduct
Yoga Teacher accredited training with BWY
Foundation Certificate in Counselling and Psychotherapy, BCPC
Training/Workshops on various subjects
Adoption parenting, attachment, childhood sexual abuse, childhood peer to peer abuse, developmental trauma, self-injury support, mental health, white priviledge, non-violent resistance for parents, dissociative identity disorder, childhood neglect and ethics of confidentiality
